GoodWill Versus Adoration of Ones Wardrobe

Well... I have not done as well as I would have hoped separating clothes for GoodWill and clothes to retain. I've especially failed miserably in the category of shoes. I love my shoes. I can't seem to part with certain pairs of shoes. How does one get rid of those Audrey Hepburn - like strappy heels that you wore for your college graduation? I can't do it. I'm not sure if I will ever wear them again, but today is not the day to part with them. I also have a pair of strappy metallic garnet colored heels by Martinez Valero that are over a decade old. They have a square toe that has been out of style for a few years now, but they are still GORGEOUS... and I want to wear them again. If it was socially acceptable to wear strappy sandals in January with sweat pants while re-designing my closet... I WOULD!

Ok... break is over and I'm now taking on the destruction of the old wire shelving. The real fun now begins!
